Appointments can be booked online using HotDoc. Using this system, you may be asked to provide personal and medical information to secure your appointment. HotDoc’s privacy and security policies also apply when using their platform.

Our website forms currently utilise CAPTCHA or similar verification tools to improve security and reduce spam.

We will not share your personal information collected via our website with third parties unless:
